Refund and Returns Policy
At BINSbrand customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!.
1. Refund Eligibility
✅ We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The order was lost in transit and not delivered.
✅ The refund request is made on the same day of receiving the order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Personalized or custom-made gifts (unless faulty).
❌ Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.) unless damaged on arrival.
❌ Items returned without prior approval or past the return window.
❌ Orders where the customer provided the wrong shipping address.
3. Returns & Replacements
If eligible, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
We may ask you to return the item before processing the refund. (Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue was due to our fault.)
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
1. Contact Us at Refunds@BINSbrand.com with your order number and issue details.
2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Our team will review and approve your request within 7 business days.
4. Once, refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
5. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Customized or Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
